Welcome to VisionPOS, a product of BereTEK LLC. By registering for an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By creating an account on VisionPOS, you agree that:

• You are responsible for backing up your own data as part of business continuity.

8. Account Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time.

• BereTEK LLC may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or any misuse of the platform.

• Upon termination, your access to features and stored data may be restricted or deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

• VisionPOS and BereTEK LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

• We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Changes to Terms

• BereTEK LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• You will be notified of significant changes via email or through the application.

• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
